We aspire to create the same sense of pleasure for each of our customers. Here's our four step process.
1. We visit your home, at a time to suit you. We show you examples of our work and then we listen to you carefully and create a brief that you approve of. It is also useful to establish a budget at this stage.
2. We return to our offices to gather inspiration from our vast product libraries and create a mood board that visualises all our recommended materials and products as well as floorplans and elevations. Full and detailed quotations clearly indicate all anticipated costs and your savings.
3. We make a return visit to your home within two weeks. As soon as we have delighted you with our ideas and you have confirmed your order, we put everything on order with our suppliers. Most products are made to order and take approximately eight weeks to be made.
4. Finally, our expert team of fitters, taking great care, will deliver and install everything and remove any packaging.
